MARINE CORPS MARATHON
On October 26, over thirty Push America Challenge team members gathered in Washington, D.C. to participate in the 33rd annual Marine Corps Marathon.

As a team, over $50,000 was raised for Push America and a $5,000 grant will be given to the Wounded Warrior Project.

Southside Arts Center
The Journey of Hope North Team felt that one friendship visit stood out from the rest in the summer of 2008. The Southside Art Center of Sacramento was arwarded the Jason R. Tirado Memorial Grant.

The money will go a long way in improving the center's musical equipment, art programs and computer supplies.

No Boundaries

NO BOUNDARIES SUCCESS
The first week of October was important for the brothers of Epsilon Alpha (Elon University) as they offered programming to educate their campus and surrounding community about Push America and the abilities of people with disabilities.

The week ended with the chapter's newest event, Push the Music, a benefit concert open to the entire community.
